These Terms govern your use of QuizIX, a Melelo service. By using QuizIX, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are

2) Eligibility
QuizIX is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should create and use the account.
3) Accounts and access
- You access QuizIX using a one-time code sent to your email address.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
- Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
4) Using QuizIX
QuizIX helps you practise reading comprehension through quizzes. Please use it respectfully and safely.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not try to reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk extract content from the service.
5) AI-generated content and accuracy
Some quizzes and questions may be generated with AI. AI can make mistakes. QuizIX may include inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading content. Please report issues so we can improve.

Book catalog data and enrichment
We aim to present accurate and helpful book information. Some book metadata may be provided by third parties, such as a school or library catalog, and may be enriched using AI. Because we rely on the source catalog and automated enrichment, book information may sometimes be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Please verify important details with the original source and let us know if you spot an issue.
6) Intellectual property
QuizIX, including its design and software, is owned by Melelo or its licensors. You may use QuizIX for personal or school learning purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute QuizIX content or software except where permitted by law.
7) Feedback
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve QuizIX, without owing you payment.
8) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are using QuizIX in a harmful, abusive, or illegal way, or if needed to protect QuizIX and its users.
9) Disclaimers
QuizIX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Melelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of QuizIX.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. By continuing to use QuizIX after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
