What to email us about

  • Support, sign-in issues, missing quizzes, or anything not working as expected.
  • Report a quiz issue, wrong answer, confusing question, or content that looks off. AI can make mistakes, we want to fix them.
  • Privacy and data requests, access to your data, corrections, or account and data deletion requests.
  • Schools trialling QuizIX or exploring Melelo ILX and wanting to discuss rollout.

To help us respond faster

  • Send the email from the address you use to sign in (if applicable).
  • If reporting a quiz issue, include the book title (or link), the question, and what you think is correct.
  • If relevant, include a screenshot and what device/browser you are using.
